You know, Hello, friends, and welcome to the rabbit hole. I'm your host, Danny, and this is not a planned

episode. I have no notes on this. This is just me jumping on here because I had so many of you

reach out to me about the October 4th emergency alert that's about to go out. So if you're listening

to this today, which is the day that I literally just jumped on here. Cool. You have a whole day

to prepare for this. I'm sure you guys have heard about it before, but I'm just going to go over

some things that I have heard or I have been looking at and seeing. So that way you guys are

prepared for tomorrow's emergency alert. I am going to do the best I can. Like I said, I don't have any notes.

I literally just like jumped on here to do this really quick. Tomorrow is October 4th,

but you'll still get like a normal, it's a Wednesday, so you'll still get a normal episode,

full length episode. It's going to be wild. But today, that's what we're talking about.

We're talking about the October 4th

National Alert. So straight from the FEMA website, this alert is in coordination with the Federal

Communications Commission, the FCC, and it will conduct a nationwide test of the emergency alert

system, so the EAS, and the wireless

emergency alerts, so the W-EA. And that is all going to happen on October 4th at approximately

220 Eastern time. So that would be 120 if your central time, 1220-ish. This is all relative. So 1220
