My name is Mike Gomer Gormley, and I am joined today, as always, with my illustous co-host, Dave, Inquiry Phase, Van Vickle. How you doing, Dave? As always, we've been missing. I know, I know. It's been great listening. There have been definitely phrases that have slipped out of my mouth and I'm like, well, I'm going to get critiqued by that one, like Homer and his family on the way to church. You know what I did? I would listen to it and I would write all those things down to my dream journal just to get it out of me and then I would burn it and it's the same thing as going to confession. What a roller coaster, huh? Yeah, I mean, tell us, first of all, how is Noah?

How is everybody?

Lent began with my son breaking his back.

Noah right now is on a camping trip.

That should answer.

How is he doing?

All right.

Yeah, so he broke the L3 and L4 transverse processes, which are the vertebrae near the bottom of your back and the transverse part of the little wings on the side. And he broke the two on the left. No surgery. Nothing. He just had a brace and was able to get around and then pretty quickly got rid of the walker. It was nuts. So Lent began with that. I think my other son was upset that he was getting so much attention.

So then he began acting out in all these crazy little kid ways that drive me insane. So that was,

there was no piece there. Noah took about, I would say, four solid weeks of healing before the

stiffness and the pain. The bones had mended pretty quickly, but the stiffness in the pain was like a big thing because he's super energetic, super athletic. Right. And so to keep him indoors, you know, and he would like walk outside. And he used to throw the football up in the air as high as he could do himself and try to catch it and do end zone dances all by himself at six in the morning. Yeah. But he was just like sit there just like, you could just see like

him staring at the football on the ground. And in my head there's that meme. You say everything

is fine, but it's not fine. So that was nuts. So he starts getting better.

He starts getting better.

And then summer's coming. I don't know if you know this. You're shirtless. Yeah. Right. Oh, yeah. This beautiful out here right now. Well, summer we turned their air conditioning on and none of the air conditioning came on. Oh, that's right. I forgot about this. So now we, we have to replace both units upstairs and downstairs inside and out of new air conditioning because it's a 35 year old
