Yeah okay so I've had ICD since I was quite young so I would say I started

doing symptoms when I was seven or years old and they kind of presented when I was little as rituals that I did because I didn't feel right if I didn't do them.

So I wouldn't necessarily say there was a thought behind it.

It was more just a feeling of uncomfortableness so I didn't do them.

I carried out a lot more

which ones when I was little.

But they didn't have a huge impact on my life.

It was when I got to sort of mid-teen age years, maybe around the

16, and that my rituals started to latch on to thoughts. So I had to do stuff in order to get rid of the entries of thoughts which is

honestly what we know OCT. So it would be if I didn't do something to harm or I would

cause harm and things like that.

So quite typical OCD symptoms really and they're progressed

and you know over the next few years into contamination rituals and fears. And my primary fear for quite time was things that was smur bad so that might be

it could have been anything.

It was a lot of food and certain foods I could and couldn't eat or be near things in public

seats or floors and things like that.
