Hi, everybody. This is Gatsad. One of the old rules of becoming a politician was that you first would

serve in some profession, in some substantive manner. You were a lawyer. You were a professor.

You were a farmer. you were a businessman.

Rand Paul, who recently came on my show, the senator, was an ophthalmologist, an eye doctor.

There are many, many ways by which you could, you know, grind your teeth in life experiences

prior to then assuming a political role where you're going to be endowed with great

responsibility and certainly for President of the United States, which is undoubtedly

the most powerful position in the world. And so I have here, I went through all of the former

presidents of the United States, all of the 47 presidents, but some of them have served two terms.

So there are fewer than 47.

You know, you have five-star generals, George Washington. You've got, as I said, all sorts of careers.

But these were men of substance who then decided, you know what, I could contribute in the world of politics. Now I'd like to share with you

one of the leading contenders to run for President of the United States on the Democrat side,

and I'll come back after you hear her luminary words. And should the U.S. actually commit U.S. troops to defend Taiwan if China were to move?

You know, I think that this is such a, you know, I think that this is a, um, this is, of course, a very longstanding, um,

policy.
