Just emerged from the Federal Society arguing room to speak to a detail that now seems to be deeply ironic.

Editorial of the Wall Street Journal in these last days,

Mr. Trump has handed his opponents another gift by vowing to terminate, that was the word,

Obamacare, or at least show that's how Democrats are translating his Blunderbuss comments.

Democrats are distorting the issue as ever,

but they know former President Trump

has no plan of his own.

Richard, here we go again.

Obamacare to be repealed by, I guess, magical thinking by the candidate for the nomination,

Mr. Trump.

After all these years, has Obamacare something that can be repeated, repealed, or is it just integrated itself into the

health care fiasco? Well I think clearly the answer has to be the latter in some

sense but that doesn't mean it can't be performed in certain kinds of

intelligent ways. What you have to do is not announce the particular

program in the abstract, but you have to do is to look at some of the particular provisions that seem to be a source of abuse and then try to figure out what you can do to deal with them.

So the problems about community rating and it turns out that the difficulty with this system is the premiums that are charged to young people.

It'd be as much as 50% over what is need to fund their liabilities.

And so they will opt out of the program.

Whereas older folks are getting a huge

cross subsidy will remain in. Well the system is not going to be as stable as you

would like it if the people were paying the subsidies pull out and the people
