I was really going to let this one go because I feel like it was just too easy and too lazy of a story to spend a lot of time with on the podcast.

We wrote about it

last Saturday in the patron post that Oak Park High School in North Kansas City School district

queened a king, homecoming queen. Yes, a boy, a trans, a biological male, became homecoming

queen at Oak Park High School. And I put it in the patron post.

We wrote it in the newsletter.

And I thought, no, we're going to do it.

We did a lot of sports, obviously, on the podcast on Monday after the weekend.

And I was going to let this sleeping dog lie because it just seemed like too easy of a target,

a little bit lazy to get involved and delve deep into it. And for the most part,

we're talking about minors here. Obviously, some of these high school students can be 18 years old,

and they would be adults at that point and not minors. But I guess being a minor is sort of the

whole thing here. It's the whole point of the trans thing. You know, should we be

allowing minors to do this? Should we be allowing them to disrupt our public schools? Should we

be allowing doctors to perform surgeries on these kids because their adult parents have made a

decision for them that it's okay? We have all kinds of trans around the country who have switched back and said,

boy, it was a mistake, having the surgery was a disaster, I can never take it back, all these

other things. So we're not going to get deep into that. But what happened was in learning that

Oak Park High School queened a biological male for homecoming, I put it in the post.

I mentioned it off and I'm like, okay, this happened here.

It must happen other places.
