On this Friday, I try to be a loyal person.

I have friends that I went to first grade with that I met when I was five years old.

And I still associate with them.

Talk to them all the time.

I keep in touch with hundreds of people from my past life.

Now it's not easy.

I'm busy or busy, but it's worth it.

It's worth it to be loyal.

Yet I'm seeing among younger Americans, not all of them, but a lot of them.

I see a decline in loyalty, even in families.

So these people, the younger people, are distracted by the machines, by the devices, and

they don't take the time to check in with folks.

And that is really a key to life.

You want to have a support system.

You want to have good friends.

I also see a rise in narcissism.

It is all about me.

Others are on the planet to serve me.

That's narcissism.
