Bill O'Reilly here and I'm warming up. Stand by for the O'Reilly Update morning edition.

But first, on this Friday some nice reporting by John Solomon at Just The News about the

Trump document situation. Someone leaked White House memos to Solomon proving President

Biden was deeply involved in urging the Justice Department attorney General Merrick Garland

to actively investigate Donald Trump. Now I predicted that when the FBI raid happened

because Mr. Biden is invested in criminalizing the Trump administration to further the interests

of the Democratic Party especially leading up to the midterm election. Also, Attorney General

Garland would never move against Trump without Biden's permission. Essentially the memos

that John Solomon received from the Biden White House Council say that Mr. Biden will

not protect former President Trump as far as executive privilege is concerned. Of course,

if it comes down to privilege in the document case, the Supreme Court would eventually have

the final say and that might happen. But now we have a direct Biden Trump brawl. Perhaps

extending to the 2024 presidential vote, although I do not believe Joe Biden will run again.

As for Donald Trump, he certainly wants to run, but they're trying to take him out.
