Now, most journalists, pundits, reporters are not framing the FBI Trump situation properly.

This is Donald Trump versus Joe Biden. That's what this is. And it's a cage

match. And one of those men are going to lose badly. So President Biden did not have to allow, and that's a proper word, the Justice Department

and the FBI to raid Ma Alago. He didn't have to do it. He could have said, do it another way.

And of course, Merigah and Attorney General would have to listen to him.

But Biden didn't. I don't know why. I don't know if he knew about it. I don't care.

By allowing the raid worldwide exposition, he basically said, we're attacking, and that is the proper word, a former president of the

United States. Game on as the cliche goes. Now, Trump himself was caught by surprise. I know that.

He was given a few hours' heads up, it was going to happen, but he didn't know, with any kind of

certainty that the FBI was going to raid his pet in Palm Beach. He did not know that

until a few hours before it happened. So now Trump is in discussions with his so-called

advisors and attorneys about how to handle this, number one,

does he have any legal risk? I don't know. Don't know what he has. No one does. All right.

And number two, if he does not have any legal risk as Russian collusion, remember Trump pounded it.

I didn't do anything there. And he was right. If Trump

does not have any legal risk here, then he uses this to destroy Biden and the Democratic Party.

That's what's going to happen. It's an either or. Now, the Talking Points memo is basically

So the Department of Justice says now it is not going to release the affidavit that led to the raid.
