That's the latest leftist mantra against the American-led action in Iran.

The accusation is that the Trump administration is targeting civilians, and that violates international law. Only it doesn't. After the Hamas attack on

October 7, 2023, Israel attacked Gaza, hunting down terrorists. Thousands of civilians were killed because Hamas set up command and control near civilian

situations, like hospitals and schools.

So what was Israel supposed to do?

Stop hunting down the Hamas killers. The Gaza terrorists are responsible

themselves for the civilian deaths. Somebody tell Columbia University. Same thing is happening in Iran

where the murderous Revolutionary Guard is using civilians

as shields.
