So he demanded the Pope go along with dumping Catherine of Aragon, providing an annulment.

Considering the death do us part thing, Pope Clement declined.

It didn't really matter because Henry exiled the forlorn Catherine and then married Anne

Bolin.

Years later, he executed her.

Henry and Clement's Tiff led to religious wars

that killed hundreds of thousands, mostly peasants.

Well, today we have a strife between the Vatican

and Washington over Iran.

Pope Leo is a turn-the-other-cheek pacifist, the president, a confrontational

opponent of evil. Both men are sincere, in my view, but their goals are miles apart. Unlike the

cowards in NATO, Pope Leo is a man of conviction.

But peace cannot happen when killers are allowed to run wild.

That's where Donald Trump comes in.

A serious conversation is needed here, not just a sound by its four TV.

I hope that happens.
