0:08.2	It's actually funny. You were incarcerated at Rikers, and he used to be the prison boss up there.
0:13.8	You know what's funny about that at the time I didn't even know that because at the time, that was my first time ever being on Rikers Island.
0:20.6	So I didn't know the breakdown is only now that I've came home and started doing research
0:26.2	and seeing all these different, you know, people talk about these situations.
0:30.7	That's like in my King McCuress, Norman and on your platform too as well.

0:37.5	And you said you had something you wanted to share or read to the audience today too, right?
0:41.7	Yeah, this is a little note I prepared so that everybody could just get a breakdown of who I am and, you know, really understand.
0:51.1	But this is what I said.
0:53.3	Hi, everyone. My name is Victor Abram. I'm here today to share my story of being wrongfully arrested, incarcerated, and the fight for justice that I've been battling ever since. I was only 19 years old when my life was turned upside down.
1:10.8	And now almost eight years later,
1:13.0	I'm still dealing with the consequences of a system
1:16.2	that not only failed me, but also continues to fail many others.
1:21.5	Before all of this, I was working hard to fulfill my dream
1:25.0	of joining the Air Force and becoming a pilot. But in 2016,
1:29.7	that dream was taken from me when I was falsely accused and arrested for a crime I didn't commit.
1:35.5	The arrest came after a series of misidentifications and coerced statements orchestrated by
1:41.4	Detective Stephen Lutz, Jennifer Hamilton, and Steven Zelensky.
1:45.9	I spent over a year on Rikers Island and during solitary confinement, abuse, and the emotional
1:51.9	tour of being accused of something I had no pardon. The prosecutor, Michael Tenoosa,
