Today's guest, though, is bringing the heat. It's Naisha Arrington, one of the judges and stars of Fox's next-level chef.

The show is one of the coolest competition programs around and has a three-level set that has to be seen to be believed.

Season five of the show just kicked off this past Thursday. I interviewed Naisha at the Burbank Podcast Studios in Sunny Burbank, California, last week,

and I kind of have no idea why I left California and came back.

But here we are.

Naisha is one of the most inspiring chefs around.

She's a big proponent of taking care of your mental and physical health,

something that wasn't prioritized for chefs in the past.

We discussed that and the tips and

tricks she uses to keep wellness top of mind and top of her calendar. She also talks, of course,

about next level chef, which happens to be filmed in Ireland, very cool, you all know how much I

love Ireland, and we chat about some of the past contestants on the show. Stay tuned for my
