I love talking to you. You are so interesting. There are so many chapters of your life. I mean,

we've talked about your Montreal years, school, your family, your cake book, all the things.

Today, you're here because you have a gorgeous new book, Everyone Hot Pot. I love the title. Everyone Hot Pot sounds like a song or something. We're going to talk all about it. You haven't really talked about it yet. No. I mean, it's so exciting because I'm preparing for this big book release and this campaign. And so much of the cookbook process is holding on to these secrets and you're kind of waiting to deploy them.

And I'm just bursting at the seams. I finally get to talk about like what is the book? Why does the

book exist? What's going on? And yeah. So it's just all feel so fresh and new and exciting to me.
