affectionately known as NYTHA,

The intention by Chair Gregory Russ

was to announce the board of the New York City Public Housing Preservation Trust,

and then immediately address the longstanding repair

and maintenance issues at the 320 developments across the city.

However, I welcome Harry Segal, a senior editor at the city
