my good friend, Jennifer Fisher, back on the pod to discuss all things anti-inflammatory because

she has a new incredible, incredible cookbook coming out on October 28th. It's called Trust Your Gut, Anti-Inflammatory Recipes

for Feeling Unstoppable. And if you don't follow Jennifer on social media, you're missing out

because for years she has been sharing her tips and tricks for living an anti-inflammatory

lifestyle. And there's a couple of reasons why she lives this way and we're going to get into that.

But what I love so much and appreciate about Jennifer's content is that she's very practical.

She's not like out of her mind.

She's not crazy.

She's just very practical.

And here's the other thing.

She actually cares about food.

I feel like for me, you guys

know that I'm such a foodie. I love food. I love to enjoy. A lot of the times when you're thinking

about like making better swaps for yourself, whether it's a health condition or you just want to be

a little healthier, it feels restrictive. And Jennifer's the opposite. She lives large. She loves

food. She loves entertaining. She cooks for her family. She wants everybody to have amazing food. So that's why I'm just really, really excited about this book.
