kind of a bad night because spirits woke me up. Obviously, we've been spooky this month.

And, well, first of all, I was devastated because I didn't have tasks. So my Sunday just felt

like it didn't have structure. It was just kind of an empty evening.

I had dinner with Chloe and I was, you know, usually I rush home on Sunday nights so I can settle in

and have an everything shower before task. But there was no task and there's nothing to fill the

task shaped hole in my heart. So I ended up watching housewives until like midnight, which is fine

and comforting and really good. Which? Miami. Old Miami. Because Lauren asked me which one she should go to next. And I said, why don't you start Miami from the beginning? Because it's so fun. And then she was like kept commenting on it. So I was like, okay, well, I'll rewatch Old Miami too. And that was a month ago and now I've watched all seven seasons. But there's only seven. That's not, you can whip through. Yeah, it's just going on. It's just

always on. It's so good. I feel like you don't deserve any shame for how fast you watched something. No. You had the time and you used it and you watched it. Thank you. I think we need to normalize binging and not let people

agree. Lauren feels this weird shame. She

Like I was having, as you guys know, I always have insane dreams. And they were a little scary last night.

And then in the middle of the night, I woke up because my Alexa, the timer went off, not the alarm. Now, if you have an Alexa, you know that there's two different

sounds. And I always set mine for my alarm with meditation sounds every single morning. I never,

I never don't say, please set my alarm for 8 a.m. to meditation sounds. Okay, so that's the first piece of

information. So the timer

went off and I knew it was not time to get up, but I was also like, why is the timer off? So then I was so freaked out. And I was like, oh, Alexa, what time is it? And she was like, it's four, or I have a guy's voice because I like to boss around men. He was like, it's 4.20 in the morning and, or it's 4.20 a.m.

And I was like, it's 4.20 in the morning and, or it's 4.20 a.m.

And I was like, there's no way. There's a, there's a realm of possibility where I accidentally said,
