I had my good friend, my mentor, my business partner, Jason Phillips,

the owner and founder of NCI, the Nutritional Coaching Institute.

He's back on the show after a long break. I think he was like episode three or four when I was horrible at podcasting and finally we were able to get him back on.

It's funny because we talk pretty much every day but we still haven't recorded another episode but

this episode is absolute fire. So there is also something that we have

been able to come together to provide for you guys, which is an amazing

opportunity and I am super pumped about this. So many of you know and

some of you may not know that in order to work for pop if you want to join the

pop team as a coach one of the requirements that I have is you must go through

NCI. I require at least their level one nutrition coaching certification. Now, what many of you might not know is that my

coaches also get access to all of their other courses, which they have courses in gut health,

thyroid, female hormones, male hormones, mindset, like literally

anything that you need to be successful as a coach, NCI has got you covered. One of the things that I noticed for myself, when I was a young

coach, when I was just starting in this industry, I had terrible imposter syndrome.

I thought that I just needed to continue to consume more and more information.

However, it did not lead to more results for my clients. And what Jason and NCI have been able to do

is bridge the gap from education to application so that you know what you're talking about because you need to know your stuff, but you also need to know how to apply it because that is how we get results.

We don't get results by knowing we get results by doing.

So NCI is the best hands down and trust me I have taken a lot of courses and
