There's a big, big difference between getting through your workout and performing to your maximum potential.

The Traflon Show, episode 100.

0:11.0

Hey, what's up everybody and welcome back to another episode of that triathlon show, the podcast presented by Scientific Triathlon.com.

0:32.6

I'm your host, Michael, and today's episode is one of the follow-up episodes that I promised in episodes

0:39.4

94 and 95 we return once again to the topic of nutrition and this time specifically

0:47.3

what are the research-based recommendations for nutrition before during and after workouts so as, in last episode, we also had Monique Ryan on and talked about nutrition.

1:00.0

So it's a big nutrition week and with episodes 94 and 95 also being on that topic.

1:07.5

It's been quite a lot of that recently, which is just a random coincidence, really,

1:53.9

probably well-meaning but completely unfounded advice that is definitely not fact-based

2:00.5

so that's what I hope that for you listeners

2:04.8

2:09.4

2:14.9

how to train. We don't, there are many good ways to train,
