I'm your host, Michael Erickson, and this episode is beginner tip 6, where I'll talk about

0:14.5

slow and steady endurance training versus interval training.

0:19.1

So this comes about from a listener question from Antoine, from Switzerland, which is, by the

1:33.4

The second thing when you start out is that you need, that is another secondary main thing,

1:39.7

sort of, is to learn technique, especially for swimming, but also running and cycling. So that doesn't

1:46.7

mean that you need to do only technique training until it's perfect, because it never will be.
