Summary

Moses is in disbelief. You work with a guy 40 plus years and he stabs you in the back first chance he gets. I mean Moses went to god's Christmas party every single year. Brought wine. Never came empty handed. And now this. You think you know a guy.

Hey, everyone, welcome to Thomas in the Bible, episode 38.

0:24.6

Great to see you.

0:27.0

Everybody's looking real good.

0:29.9

Okay, before I get started, I briefly plugged something last week, which is a new podcast me and my brother are doing.

0:40.4

Now, it's not, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's, it's a comedy podcast.

0:46.7

It's not, you know, whereas, whereas Thomas in the Bible is very is very rigorous and, uh, you know, um, judicious and erudite and, and, and all those words, you know, very disciplined in my reading. You know, this podcast with my brother is, uh, is mainly just for comedy. It's pretty much just two people, two pretty funny people complaining

1:13.5

about stuff that's annoying in the world. And one of those things is religion. It's not

1:19.4

exclusively about religion, actually. It's about, there's lots of little segments. Mine that I do

1:27.1

is stupid things people believe.

1:28.8

So that covers religion, but it also covers things like people who think the full moon controls their body and people who, you know, believe in pet psychics and that kind of thing.

1:40.4

And that's just one segment of many, many different ones.

1:44.7

So I'm just, I'm just, I guess I'm just trying to clarify what it is so you don't think it's another completely religious one.

1:51.6

It's, it's mainly just me laughing at how funny my brother is because I, I find him incredibly hilarious.

1:57.9

So if you can stand me laughing obnoxiously for about 45 minutes, it's a good

2:02.0

podcast. It's called F this podcast. It's pretty, pretty clear there what that's about. So you can

2:08.6

search on iTunes, F this podcast, um, or you can go to another, uh, crappy web, WordPress website of

2:15.7

I've done F this podcast.com. But I encourage you to at least

2:19.9

check it out, you know, that we got, I think, two episodes currently and we're doing it every

2:25.4

Tuesday, I think. So when we're releasing them. So, you know, we're getting to our groove.

2:32.1

It's, uh, it's really fun and I actually, I think it's quite

2:35.1

funny. So no further about that. Let's get to, uh, the Biblil chapter 26 of numbers. And I think

2:46.1

we might finally, uh, get to the bottom of why it's called numbers today, which is just outstanding.
