I welcome Henry Sikolsky in the Non-Proliferation Policy Education Center.

My conversations with Henry over the years have guided me to understand that non-proliferation

is the goal, not bombing, not confrontation, not war. And the Iranian program, which I'm

led to believe, begins in Adams for Peace, more than 70 or 80 years ago under a different

worldview, is the beginning of a story of obtaining or possibly obtaining a nuclear weapon.

That story is being told around the world all the time, potentially or actually.

That's what I've learned from Henry, and he's going to help us understand what we are observing with Iran

and what the day after the day after looks like.

You have some very sharp thoughts about what we're witnessing with the claims and counterclaims.

I do want to read the Supreme Leader's remarks in these last hours.

He's come up to respond to the attack on the

suspect nuclear weapons program and Iran in general by a combination of Israel in the United

States. The Supreme Leader says, in English, translation, my congratulations on our dear Iran's

victory over the U.S. regime.

The U.S. regime entered the war directly because it felt that if it didn't, the Zionist regime would be completely destroyed.

It entered the war in an effort to save that regime but achieved nothing, said the Supreme Leader.
