By the way, I use a Vitamix. This was mixed via Vitamix. You know why I like it? Why? Because I hate raspberry seeds so much because they get stuck in your teeth.

And vitamin makes will pummel that down to nothing. It pulverizes those things, so you will not get seeds in your teeth. And cheese seeds, too, which are tiny. Yeah. So you don't get anything stuck in your teeth and you're receding gums, as it were. Hold on. Everything's too quiet. I think I'm yelling. There we go. Is that better? That's better for me. I just had to, you know, adjustment level. So this has, this is for two people, which is, what do you say that? 16 ounces? My serving? 12 to 16 ounces? Yeah, it's between 12 and 6. Let's call it 14.

About a cup and a half of, a cup of frozen berries, organic berries, about another cup of fresh berries, raspberries, raspberries and the frozen ones were strawberries and a little bit of blueberries.

It makes it, like, avocado makes things like pudding, so you actually have to add a little more water to it. Two cups of water. The dog's trying to drink the drink.
