Colorado's Supreme Court has ruled today that former President Donald Trump should be removed from the state's primary ballot.

The court accepting the argument that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment disqualifies him, citing his actions the leaves during the Civil War. State Supreme Court state its ruling till January 4th

will allow time for appeals. Trump has already said he will appeal to the US

Supreme Court. Supporters of former President Trump are still making false claims

of widespread voter fraud

while B. In Atlanta has more.

Despite investigations, recounts and audits repeatedly affirming

Joe Biden's Georgia victory in 2020, some right-wing activists in the

state still refused to accept it.

Some speakers at the meeting called for an investigation of Georgia Secretary of State

and Attorney General.

Linda Mink complained about the lack of action on the false claims.
