Two more proud boys were sentenced for their roles in the riot at the U.S. Capitol on

January 6, 2021.

Ethan Ndominic Pizzola were sentenced to combine 28 years in federal prison.

And Piers Jacqueline Diaz was at the courthouse.

U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly sentenced Ethan Ndominic Pizzola to 18 years in federal prison.

Dominic Pizzola got 10 years.

Nadine was a leader on the ground during the riot on January 6, 2021.

He led other members of the proud boys to the Capitol building.

Pizzola was one of Nadine's followers that day.

He broke a window that allowed other rioters to answer the Capitol.

He became well-known for stealing a police officer's shield and answering the Capitol.

Enrique Tario, the former National Chairman of the Proud Boys, will be sentenced on Tuesday.

The divided administration is proposing new rules to set federal minimum staffing levels

for nursing homes.

As Piers Asma Holled reports, this would be the first time the federal government is attempting

to regulate this realm.

This new proposed rule would apply to nursing homes that receive taxpayer funds.

Under the new rule, those facilities would have to provide a registered nurse on site

24-7.

We're also ensuring enough nurses and nursing aids to provide routine bedside care.
