After a rally in Las Vegas last night, closing out a multi-swing state tour.

Vice President Harris attempted a fundraiser in San Francisco today hoping to raise $12 million.

Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi was there, along with California's Governor Gavin Newsom.

Meanwhile, Harris has been working to close the gap between her and former President Trump.

And Pears Meyer Laiusen has more on recent polling data.

The New York Times-Siena poll shows that Harris is now leading Trump in three states,

Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin by about four points.

Those are the important blue wall states.

This is still within the margin of error.

We don't have a whole lot of other polls on those states

or other battlegrounds yet.

But NPR's poll last week showed Harris has a little lead

over Trump nationally in the popular vote.

NPR's Maralayas and Harris told reporters this weekend that you will release her economic plan this week.

Trump spent the weekend fundraising in Aspen, Colorado and Jackson Hole, Wyoming.

Tensions between China and the Philippines are flaring up again over their competing territorial claims in the South China Sea.
