Former President Donald Trump has been indicted again this time in connection with special

counsel Jack Smith's probe in the efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 election.

It is the most serious indictment yet for the former president, at least some of the

accounts stemming from the January 6th insurrection at the U.S. Capitol.

And addressing supporters on that day, Trump called them to march on the Capitol and his

Vice President Mike Pence to act.

All Vice President Pence has to do is send it back to the states to recertify and we

become president and you are the happiest people.

The four-count indictment includes charges of attempting to defraud the U.S. witness

tampering conspiracy to obstruct a congressional proceeding and conspiracy against the rights

of citizens.

The indictment was handed up earlier today by a special grand jury that also includes

six co-conspirators, Trump is already facing two other indictments, one involving

hush money payments in New York and a classified documents case in Florida.

The family of Henrietta Lacks has reached a settlement with a biotech company in Massachusetts

Lacks.

Cells are responsible for decades of vital scientific research and advancement.

Remember station G.B.H. Craig Lamult reports Lacks family says the company improperly

profited from the cells.

In 1951, doctors at Johns Hopkins Hospital harvested cells from Lacks without her knowledge

before she died from cervical cancer.
