of former President Donald Trump is expected to make his first appearance in federal court

today.

Carlos de Oliveira is accused of obstructing federal authorities who were trying to retrieve

sensitive national security documents at the resort.

De Oliveira is also accused of lying to investigators.

Trump is accused of mishandling classified documents after leaving the White House.

The freight company Yellow has ceased operations and will soon be filing for bankruptcy.

But according to the Teamsters Union, it represents the company's drivers.

NPR's Camille Domenoski says the company has been financially troubled for years.

Yellow, formerly known as YRC Freight, has been restructured and bailed out several times

over the past 15 years, including a controversial $700 million dollar government loan in the

early days of the pandemic.

The indebted company has been in financial crisis for months.

Then yellow stopped making pension and benefits payments.

The Teamsters threatened to strike and customers fled.

NPR's Camille Domenoski reporting, a federal judge in Arkansas is temporarily blocking

a law set to take effect tomorrow.

It would allow officials to file criminal charges against librarians and booksellers for

providing harmful materials to minors.
