Alec Baldwin's involuntary manslaughter case in connection with the death of a cinematographer

during the filming of the movie Rust has been thrown out.

The judge ruling to dismiss the case over disputed ammunition.

Baldwin's lawyers had accused prosecutors of hiding the evidence about the ammunition

from them.

Supposedly unloaded prop gun Baldwin was handling discharged, killing cinematographer

Helena Hutchins on the movie set in 2021.

The actor cried and hugged his lawyers after the ruling effectively ending the case.

As President Biden's campaign continues in Michigan tonight, so far 20 Hill Democrats

will publicly call for the President to withdraw as his party's nominee.

House Minority Leader Hakim Jeffries met with the president Thursday and told his colleagues

that he shared the feedback he's received across the caucus.
