With Republicans and some Democrats raising concerns about President Biden's mental fitness

after a poor presidential debate performance this week, one notable rival is largely avoiding those attacks.

And PR Stephen Fowler reports on former President Donald Trump's approach.

Trump himself is 78 prone to verbal gaffes and rambling remarks so that's one

possible reason he hasn't really attacked Biden on those points but a bigger

reason a key campaign narrative from Trump is that Biden is the mastermind of

Democratic policies that he says make America not great.

But remember the biggest problem for our country is not Joe Biden's personal decline. It's that Joe Biden's policies

are causing America's decline at a level that we've never seen before.
