U.S. Coast Guard officials now say they have found debris from a missing submersible near

the wreck of the Titanic.

As Member Station WBUR reporter Walter Wuthman explains officials say all five of those

on border-bluff who've died.

Coast Guard officials say a remote-operated vehicle found pieces of the submersibles knows

and tail on the seafloor just off the bow of the Titanic.

Rear Admiral John Mogger says the spread of the wreckage indicates that the submersibles

pressure chamber failed.

This is an incredibly unforgiving environment down there on the seafloor and the debris

is consistent with a catastrophic implosion of the vessel.

Officials say they immediately notified the families of the vessel's passengers.

In a statement, the submersible company Ocean Gates says the pilot and four crew members

were true explorers who shared a distinct spirit of adventure.

Lawyers representing columnist E. Jean Carroll who won $5 million in a defamation lawsuit against

former President Donald Trump are calling on a judge to reject efforts by Trump to reduce

the jury award to less than a million dollars.

Lawyers for Carroll writing a man hat in federal court filing, the Trump falsely tried

to spin the verdict to make it sound like the jury sided with him and rejecting

Carroll's claim that Trump raped her in 1996 and a Manhattan department store dressing

room.
