following the deadly strike on a World Central Kitchen convoy.

The UN Secretary General says there needs to be a quote

paradigm shift as we hear from NPR's Michelle Calliman.

UN Secretary General Antonio Guterresh says Israel acknowledges that the strike on

the aid convoy was a mistake and is

taking some steps in response. But the essential problem is not who made the

mistakes. It is the military strategy and procedures in place that allow for those mistakes to multiply time and time again.

He says 196 aid workers have been killed in the war and all of that should be investigated.
