Coleman, Germany has confirmed that it will send its heavy leopard battle tanks to Ukraine.

These will be used by Ukrainian troops to defend against invading Russian forces.

Germany has been under significant pressure to transfer these tanks to Ukraine and to allow

other nations to do the same.

Pentagon press spokesman General Pat Ryder would not comment on Germany's action.

Germany's decision whether or not to send leopards is a sovereign decision and we respect that.

The United States is leaning toward providing Ukraine with its own Abrams heavy tanks.

Tornado's touched down on the Gulf Coast yesterday, including one that blazed east of Houston.

There are no reports of serious injuries.

The tornado caused substantial damage in the suburb of Pasadena.

This same storm system is still plowing east.

The site PowerOutage.us says more than 100,000 customers are without electricity in Arkansas.

California Governor Gavin Newsom visited the coastal town of Half Moon Bay yesterday.
