I've never felt fully competent when it comes to the world of beauty, but there's one

person who has made it more accessible and taught me more about beauty than anyone else.

You probably know who I'm talking about.

That would be the one and only, Jean Godfrey June, the star of Goops, As Jean Column,

much more.

Jean and I met years ago when we both worked at Lucky Magazine.

She's a real legend in the industry.

And for the past few years at Goop, she's had a pretty amazing sidekick in our beauty editor,

Megan O'Neill, who is also a lucky alum.

You might recognize Megan from her own Goop Column, Megan Trisett.

And now, Jean and Megan are starting their own Goop podcast series called The Beauty Closet.

The first season, which is 10 episodes, has just launched with Gwyneth as their first

guest.

GPs episode is followed by Jean and Megan's dream lineup of top makeup artists, dermatologists,

clean beauty founders, researchers, and plastic surgeons.

Every conversation on the beauty closet is a little different, but each one seeks to

answer the questions about beauty that we hear women asking the most, whether that's

about lasers and injectables, perfecting the no makeup makeup look, or the secret to

glowy skin, or about rethinking the way we define beauty and what it means to feel pretty

or sexy, and whether we can or should try to sustain that as we get older.
