realizations I've had this month and I love a good realization. I love a change in thinking or

basically realizing and reflecting on old patterns and I just love it and I also think the fact that

the month November can be quite, you know, push down.

It's the month before Christmas.

It's not New Year's yet.

Like, people don't really have much motivation and all that stuff.

And it's hard, you know, going into winter.

I used to actually really get seasonal blues quite a lot,

and it's interesting, actually, this year, I haven't.

And putting a little thought into it now,

maybe because I'm almost romanticising the things that are wintery,

because you don't always get that,

like making a hot chocolate in the evening

or going on, like, wrapping up in a coat and

going on a little walk things like that however i was thinking you know why do we wait to new year

to then be this new me and then because there's so much pressure in january and you almost it's

almost like a binge and restrict right

like the next two months you're like oh like it's the end of the year like Christmas and all of that
