Most Republicans, at least smart Republicans, had hoped that Donald Trump might wrap up his campaign with a disciplined message, one focused on the economy and immigration, for example.

Kennedy's ideas of taking fluoride out of water. Sounds okay to me, he said. If Trump loses the

election, this is going to be why. He had such a clear message, tie Kamala Harris to Joe Biden, and ask voters under whose leadership were you better off.
