So what happens to you psychologically and emotionally when you quit Facebook?

They actually did a study with people?

I'm still amazed. So I'm like... She's here? I'm almost bragging. See, some people will stay around. See, she's still here, so why not stay?

Got a chance to talk to some middle schoolers last night.

And, man, does that take you back, like, instantly?

What did you feel? Like, take you back to what?

Just to a nightmare, honestly.

Because, well, especially the little guys that have glasses and sit there. I remember being that guy. I could tell they're quieter. But all of them, just jockeying for position. Who likes me? Who doesn't? Who's my, you know? Just, oh, boy. Yeah. But I love being able to tell them. And so I thought I would tell you, too, as you're listening, maybe you're in middle school now or high school or maybe you haven't gotten over it. Wow, it's great to care less about what everybody thinks about you. And I do think that's a hallmark of maturity. I do think it happens. You can ask God for wisdom. He'll give you wisdom. and I do think a part of being wise is you worry less and less what

everybody thinks and it's so freeing my goodness just to not care anymore it's so wonderful i was trying

to tell him that like guys it's going to be so funny you look back at pictures of you now and you will laugh

and you'll be like, man, what happens?

It's all good. It just gets better. It just turns out it gets better, you guys.

Kind of torn on this because I would like for you, if you were on Facebook, I would like for you to stay on it.

Because it allows us a chance to be friends.

Yes, it does.

And we love that.

That said, they did do a study and they found that people are happier when they get off it.

That's interesting.

Did they say why?
