Finally dawned on me today.

Maybe everybody else knew this already, but it finally dawned on me,

the reason they have hold music that's totally boring is it's supposed to be.

Why? Why? That's the idea. because once you're on hold for a while then they put you on hold again they put you on hold again

they don't like it and heavy metal comes on you know what i mean then it wouldn't kind of rile you

yeah they want you to daydream and just kind of lose it lose yourself and just like oh yeah yeah yeah i was on the phone they don't want you to daydream and just kind of lose it. Lose yourself and just like, oh, yeah, yeah, I was on the phone. They don't want you being upset and like, well, we have to put you on hold again. No, no, no, no. We're not going to take it. No, we're not. That's terrible. Yeah, that's counterproductive. Because you'll be like, you know what, I don't have to take this. that guy was right singing that's wrong

exactly it's got to be boring to keep because you'll be like, you know what, I don't have to take this.

That guy was right singing that's wrong. Exactly. It's got to be boring to keep us calm. And that's probably a good idea.

Hey, can I ask a question about how normal people should act?

I don't know how to handle the small talk thing.

So how was it normal people respond in this situation?

I was on with a bank this morning on this long phone call okay and the lady was being real nice and and but she would be

like okay i'll put this information in how's your day going by the way like it's going good and then

she'd do something else and then she's so how's your day going by the way

she did it like four times oh she kept saying that yeah how's your day going okay so how's your day

going well I already told you three times right but I don't know what you know okay no I don't know

what to say well you just act like somebody hasn't already said that three times in the last five minutes?

I probably would have said laughingly about the same as it was five minutes ago.

But laughing. It's all in tone. It's all in tone. Yes.
