A Florida high school senior faces charges over an Instagram message soliciting the murder

of an employee at his school.

Finally, in Indiana, a high school football player pleads guilty to the premeditated murder

of a classmate who was pregnant with his child.

The district attorney of Bergen County, New Jersey has charged 21-year-old Michael Gaffney

with reckless manslaughter in connection with the death of 19-year-old Francis Victoria

Garcia.

At around 2 a.m. on Saturday morning, police responded to a 911 call on the top floor of a parking

garage in Hackensack, New Jersey.

They found Michael Gaffney and Victoria Garcia, who was unconscious in Garcia's car.

She was taken to a nearby hospital where she was pronounced dead.

Gaffney was taken into custody where he has so far remained.

Gaffney and Garcia met that night at a Halloween party in the luxurious high-rise next door

to the parking garage.

The party, which was held in an apartment on the 14th floor, reportedly had gotten out

of control, and there were multiple noise complaints from neighbors.
