home after meeting him on a dating app and murdering him.

A Michigan judge ruled this week that there is sufficient evidence to try Jason Harris

for the murder of his wife, Christina Ann Thompson Harris, reports the Associated Press.

36-year-old Christina Thompson Harris was found deceased in her bed in late September 2014.

Her death was initially ruled an accidental heroin overdose, shocking friends and family

who insisted the breastfeeding mother did not take drugs.

Four weeks after the death, another woman had moved in with Jason.

Jason was then awarded a $130,000 insurance payment which he used to pay off his student

loans.

Christina's family filed a wrongful death suit against Jason Harris in civil court and

he was deposed.
