Meditation redefine practice, whether it's meditation, mindfulness, practice or loving kindness practice or concentration practice or practicing with ethical behavior or practicing generosity and compassion

in whatever whatever we have as a practice or whatever we define our practice as, the truth is it's not like we always, every day, all the time feel motivated to do this right of course not we're not machines or humans
