All right, Brian, and part two of today's show here on the Irish Breakdown podcast brought to by our friends over at Fandul. We're talking Notre Dame Syracuse, and it is game prediction time. As you guys know, we go through our game predictions. We're going to give our final score. We talk about how we see this game playing out, and then we're going to talk about game wreckers on offense and on defense. And then after that, we're going to be going through Notre Dame's rooting guide. We're talking about some big games going on in the college football world this upcoming weekend. And then we're also going to talk some conference championship implications. There's been a lot of questions around tiebreakers and who's in the running. And so we got all that in front of us. But before we get to all that, we do have predictions.

Notre Dame plays Syracuse this Saturday afternoon at 3.30 p.m. inside of Notre Dame Stadium.

The Irish are still currently favored by 35 and a half points.

The over under is set at 50 and a half points by our friends over at Fandoul.

So as you can see, Vegas has a certain idea of how this game is going to play out. And based on some of our predictions, I think we fall in line a little bit with that as well. So, Brian, I'll go ahead and get us kicked off here with predictions. And I have Notre Dame. Taking charge. I love it, Trevor. Trevor, taking charge. I'm into it.

I dig it.

It was about time.

Here we go.

But, but, but, but, but, uh, I, I, I have Notre Dame winning this one and I have them winning this one big. And unfortunately, Michael Cannon beat me to it in the chat. I have Notre Dame winning this one, 52 to 3.

Part of that, and I'm being honest to you, like, I will never, ever, ever predict the shutout. One, because that is extremely hard to do. I don't care who you play. Shutting a team out is insanely hard. With that being said, if it is going to happen, with all due respect to the Syracuse team, they're just struggling right now.

They've lost six straight. They haven't scored 20 points in any of their six losses.

They've been decimated with injuries. So this is going to be one of those games that I think is going to be very, very lopsided and very lopsided from the jump. Notre Dame's defense has been absolutely rolling.

And the offense, even when they're inconsistent, will still hit big play after big play after big play.

And I think we're going to see a lot of that on Saturday.

I think Notre Dame puts this one away early.

Now, it feels like one of those games where they score in all three phases.

I mean, the defense just came away with their first touchdown of the season last week against Pitt.

And I know that they're licking their chops because they should have had one against Boston College.

If Tay Johnson could have just kept that knee off the ground just a little bit,

they had, Tay Johnson had a pick six against Pitt.
