We're talking a little bit recruiting. And it seems like with every passing week, really over the last month, Notre Dame has hosted some really, really big recruiting weekends. And this Saturday, I don't think it's going to be much different. They have a lot of high octane talent coming in. And you and I were talking about it before on the phone. And it's like, hey, they kind of need a jump start a little bit. You know, they got the commitment from Lathen Wisinton, and, you know, the ball started to get rolling a little bit, got a commitment from the other running back. His name is escaping me right now, so my apologies there. Isaiah Rogers. Thank you. Isaiah, I almost called him Noah Rogers. and I knew that wasn't his name. I've been there, bro. I've been there. I knew that wasn't his name.

But, yeah, they're looking to kind of jumpstart a little bit of momentum on the recruiting trail and with a really solid weekend like this one and moving the needle with a lot of these guys coming in, be a good step in the right direction. So what we're going to do is we're going to preview some of the guys that are going to be on campus this weekend. Some of them are muskits. Others are top targets in the 27 and 28 class. But Brian, before we dive into all of that, moral of the story, this has to be another big weekend for the recruiting staff and for the coaches at Notre Dame. Yeah, it is.

And I kind of like the approach they've taken.

We'll see if it works or not.

You know, like I may like it, but it doesn't mean it's going to work.

And we'll know that by the time we get to the end of the summer when the class is basically

close to filling up and they've landed commitments or not.

You know, so it's going to be very important that,

that this, this weekend go well, just like it's important that all the other weekends go well.

And, you know, the, the, the, the, the group this weekend is smaller

and 27 kids. And I believe from some conversations I've had, that's intentional.

Because they didn't want one giant weekend of recruits that they couldn't possibly give everybody

the attention that they needed.

They wanted to kind of have several big junior days where kids could come watch them practice

and they'd be able to spend more individual time with players.

So like that first weekend, that junior day had a pretty big list of players.

The second weekend, a big list, but not quite as big. But even within

that, you're like, okay, there's got to be strategy to who you're bringing together when,

like the running backs, right? There were strategy to bringing Lathen Wizenton, Isaiah Rogers

and Trey Cigar together the same weekend. Sometimes it's that.
