Let's widen the view a little bit and talk about the overall future and where Notre Dame sits on the recruiting trail so far with quarterbacks. There's good talent on the

roster right now and that's without a doubt. But now it's time to start talking about,

what is life going to be like post-CJ. Carr? Because whether he comes out after the 26th season

or the 2027 season, some of the quarterbacks that we're getting ready to talk about

won't even be on campus until post C.J. Carr. That's the reality of the situation. And if he leaves

after 2026, there's a good chance that, you know, Blake wins a job. There's a lot of scenarios about,

hey, whoever the 27 or 28 quarterback is when they step on foot on campus, they could be competing

for a starting spot, potentially.

Now, overall, we like where the talent on the roster is,

but you and I are both people that believe that there's another level

that they can get to overall,

and that's a really exciting conversation,

considering their quarterback room here in the next couple months, is about to be C.J. Carr, Blake Hebert, Noah Grubbs, and Teddy Choir.

Yeah, I mean, when you think about the future at quarterback for Notre Dame Trevor, there's a lot of different things to look at.

Obviously, it's the talent on the roster. Do you have potential impact players in the roster?

And I would argue, yes, you have three guys that have the potential to be impact players.

Are there floors as high as CJ was as a young quarterback?

No.
