I thought that Notre Dame was going to go in a different direction. My intel said that. I got it wrong. I made a prediction. I got it wrong. Notre Dame is going to start CJ Carr as a starting quarterback. We're going to talk about that today. We're going to break down the decision. We're going to talk about what a CJ car offense is going to look like. And then part two of the show is going to get into the conversation of what we

know and what we don't know about this Narnay football team, Treve. And this news that broke,

as I'm like literally getting into the shower, I get a call from Trevor. And he's like, dude,

they just announced starting quarterback. So we had to change our show completely around.

We're going to obviously break this one down and talk about it. But Notre Dame,

Trevor has named it starting quarterback for, I shouldn't say the 20, 25 season, I think for the Miami game.

They've named their starter for the Miami game. And it is going to be CJ Carr. Despite all the

indications that we were getting from sources that was going to be Kenny Minchie, it sounds like in

the end, CJ Carr made that late sources that was going to be Kenny Minchie. It sounds like in the end,

DJ Carr made that late charge and was able to win the job.

It was funny because I texted you,

I don't know what, you called me around 11 to game playing for the show today,

and we were talking, and I was like, look, man,

I feel like every football team in America

has named their starting quarterback between Monday and today. You know, and I'm getting ESPN notifications around, you know, who the Browns have named their starter and Steve Angelly was named the starter at Syracuse, the Colts named their starter, you know, Ohio State's name their starter, and the list goes on and on.

And I was talking to you and I was like,

look, I'm just to the point where I just want Notre Dame. name their starter, you know, Ohio State's name their starter, and the list goes on and on.

And I was talking to you, and I was like, look, I'm just to the point where I just want Notre Dame to announce somebody.

Now, I want to know that Notre Dame has a QB1 heading into game one opening up the season down in Hard Rock.
