If the Irish win the college football playoff championship, will they benefit most recruiting, upgrading coaches that leave or media and apparel contracting?

Yes.

I think recruiting and apparel contracting would be at the top. Upgrading coaches is at the bottom because there's really not a whole lot else north to go from a coaching standpoint. I mean, you're not going to do any better than Mike McKin's in the secondary. You're not going to do any better than Dealin McCullough and Joanne Cider at running back. You're not going to do any better than Mike Denbrock at quarter, at offensive line.

I mean, there's a couple positions you can maybe upgrade, but I don't know that you're

necessarily going to have like giant upgrades there. I think recruiting could take a big jump.

And obviously the, I would rank it as far as, like, number one, the apparel deal, because

if you win a title in the next two years, you're just going to get a monster contract,

in my opinion, when that happens.

Number two, it'd be slightly behind us recruiting, and then coaching would be third,

distant third.

But it's still going to be impacted positively.

It's more so it's just like, I don't know how much better you're going to get.

Kind of the same thing with recruiting, but there's still some positions that you can definitely see an upgrade

recruiting-wise and also coaching-wise.

So I think they all will kind of have a jump.

that question, because I reject the

entire premise because I don't think that that's the case. I think that Notre Dame gets guys

like that all the time. I think Michael Mayer was like that. I think James Flanagan was in that category.

Eli Rairdon had five-star upside. I think he was ranked 58 by 247 sports, so you'd have to ask them.
