Who is your ideal Notre Dame matchup opponent for the national championship final game?

Mine is Ohio State to take the northern best mantle.

Yeah.

Well, the other reason why Ohio State would be my pick, it'd be either Ohio State or Georgia,

you know, like I've said all along, you know, to be the man, you've got to beat the man,

right?

And right now, you know, Ohio State is still a better Northern program than Notre Dame because

why they've beat Notre Dame the last two years.

So there's that.

The other reason why is most likely if the rankings are what I think they are going to be,

I think there's a good chance that Georgia and Auburn are in that, or Georgia and Ohio

State are in that middle part of the bracket.

There's like there's like the one and the eight and then there's the four and the five and then in between is the two of the bracket. There's like the one in the eight, and then there's the four and the five, and then in between is the two and the three, and then the six and the seven. I think Ohio State and Georgia have a good shot of being in there, which means Notre Dame, if things go how I hope they go, that means Notre Dame plays Oregon in the semis or the eight, nine team in the semis, which I don't think will be, may not be one of those two teams,

but, you know, get one of those two in the championship game for me.

I'm not opposed to having, the reason Ohio State in the title game intrigues me

is because it's probably the only way they're going to play Ohio State is in the,

now if Notre Dame stays at six, then there's a much better shot they get Ohio State in the semis in the set of the championship round.

But I do like the idea of all the Southern schools sitting at home whining about these...

I was just about to say, could you imagine if in back-to-back years with how much everybody loves the SEC and football countries down south, in back-to-back years, a national championship would go to Michigan and then either is school in Indiana or a school in Ohio?
