From Christopher Crosby, Brian, I believe you coached wide receivers at one point.

First, Ryan Williams took a big step backwards last season.

How would you get him back on track?

Well, there's a lot of things about Ryan Williams that I don't know that could factor into it.

Like, is he a disciplined young man off the field?

Does he put in the work off the field?

Like, does, you know, what type of work is he doing?

Things like that that I just don't, I don't really know about.

I think there are three things that I can point to on the field that I'd say I would have to address.

Number one is he has major concentration issues on the field that I'd say I would have to address. Number one is he has major

concentration issues on the football field, major concentration issues. And it manifests itself in two

ways. One is the drops. I mean, some of his drops are just like, dude, it's not even just

about it being in your head. You're just clearly not locked in the way you're playing the game right now.

That was a dude's not locked into the game focus issue.
