Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to another episode of the Irish Breakdown podcast,

0:20.6

brought to by our friends over at Vandal.

0:22.9

Happy Friday.

0:24.4

We haven't pretty loaded eight days over the next little bit over a week or so.

0:29.9

We got the final practice that we have full access to tomorrow.

0:33.7

The blue gold game is a week from Saturday.

0:36.4

But before we get to all that, folks, you guys know what it is.

0:38.5

It's Friday here at Irish Breakdown.

0:39.7

We are ending this week with a Friday free-for-all mailbag where the entire docket of today's show is dedicated to answering your guys's questions.

0:48.3

Now, if this does happen to be your first mailbag, because we have new listeners in here every day,

0:52.9

you can put MB for mailbag or a mailbox emoji before your submission. That lets us know to set it aside. And since it's the off season, obviously we try to stick to Notre Dame topics, college football topics, but hey, we get the occasional food one. We get the occasional history or movie one. So feel free to throw in your guys as questions. But Brian, this is one of my favorite days of the week. We get to answer our daily listeners questions and then get the weekend started off in the right way. Yeah, it's also, you know, a lot of it, Trev, say a little bit sarcastically, but it takes some of the pressure off of us, man. You know what I mean? Like it's one of those things where if the show sucks today, we can blame everybody else. Like, hey, it's your questions, man.

1:28.4

Like, it's not my fault. I was rocking the answers. But, you know, your questions left something to be desired. It's totally false. But at least it gives me something to rely on. You know what I mean? But no, in all seriousness, I love this day. And, you know, we do this because it's one of the things that I think set our show apart. I shouldn't say that because I don't watch anybody else.

1:47.0

That's a bad way of saying it because it's not meant to be about anybody else but one thing that i think really helped our channel grow and really helped ib nation become a thing was that we didn't just always make it about us we wanted to include our our community in in the show much as possible. That's why we have Bicea Hold. It's why we have the mailbags. So why sometimes during the summer we blame that we blame. I just somebody said I blame salty. That's freaking hilarious. You know, it's why we sometimes do the daily mailbags. And you know what? It's like they're, they're never like

2:18.1

bad. I've never finished show. Like, man, the chat sucked today with questions. But I do have to say,

2:23.8

Treve and I have had this conversation off air in the last month or month and a half, maybe two months.

2:29.6

We keep thinking it's that time of the year when your guys's questions get a little bit we've run

2:35.1

2:42.1

of December and january with no football the chat and then of course the Bysa holds y'all keep

2:48.9

bringing it and uh that's made this really fun and this

2:54.4

week the chat's been great as well so uh we we we love to hear your answers on these days too

2:59.6
