What would the penalty be for teams that go over the quote unquote salary cap?

Well, if I'm the king of college football, there is no salary cap.

I've said this before. I believe that the perfect way to do this for college football, guys, is to have a two-tiered

system as far as how players get paid. The first tier is part of the rev share. It is an equal split

amongst all teams that then gets distributed amongst your players evenly. And that's kind of how it goes.

So it's not, you don't have to be responsible for trying to give your star quarterback more money
